The assistant answers as your business
It asks what's wrong, checks for safety emergencies first, and takes the caller's name, number, address and problem. It answers simple questions from the details you give us, and never guesses a price.
You get a text with the job
About a minute after the caller hangs up, you get a text: how urgent, who, what, where, and the number to call back. You decide what to do next.

Questions owners ask
Does it pretend to be a person?
No. It says it is an AI assistant at the start of every call, and again if asked.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Your number stays the same. Only calls you don't answer are forwarded.
What does it do with an emergency, like a gas smell?
Safety comes first on every call. For a gas smell or a carbon monoxide alarm it tells the caller to leave the building and call 911 or the gas utility, and it marks the text to you as an emergency.
Will it quote prices or promise arrival times?
No. It only shares what you have told us it can share. For anything else it says a technician will confirm when they call back.
Does it make sales calls?
Never. It only answers calls coming in to your business.
Are calls recorded? Where is the data?
Callers are told the call may be recorded. Calls are processed by our voice and phone providers, which may be outside Canada. Your call details belong to you.
